1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The item is in resellable condition with all tags, labels, and accessories included
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is available
Important: Returns that do not meet these criteria may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To begin the return or exchange process:

- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return or exchange
- Our team will respond with return instructions, including the return address and any required documentation
Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as unapproved returns may not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment for your records
