All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- If we anticipate any delays due to stock availability or high order volumes, we will notify you promptly via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Domestic (Malaysia): 3–7 business days
- International: Delivery times vary by destination and may take 7–21 business days depending on customs clearance and local courier networks.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your parcel on the carrier’s website.
